Alison Lucas Consultancy is a network of associates with various coaching and consultancy specialisms, headed up by Alison Lucas herself.

Our lead consultant, Alison Lucas, has a background in senior management. She worked for ten years on the sales and marketing side of companies such as Associated British Foods and Grand Metropolitan, where her responsibilities included large scale project management as well as people management.

She first came across career coaching when she was made redundant some years ago, and found the process completely transformative. This experience set the seeds of an ambition to help others in the same way.

She then spent five years working for a business consultancy, where her clients included major blue chips like PepsiCo, Unilever, Johnson & Johnson, Wilkinson Sword and Novartis.

Alison realised that, to compete in a changing marketplace, the company would need to raise the performance of everyone from entry level graduates to top management. A learning, development and change management role was created to enable her to facilitate this. It was at this point that she gained her CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) Certificate in Training Practice and began training to become a coach.

She established Alison Lucas Consultancy in 2005 to help businesses and individuals through coaching and consultancy. Thanks to her pragmatic approach and personal experience of senior management and career change, Alison can offer solid, practical advice as well as empathy and inspiration to implement positive change.
